Kohl Rhoads is a 2019 graduate from Cedar Crest High School where he was a member of Future Business Leaders of America. After high school, he attended Susquehanna University, graduating in 2023. Kohl received a bachelor's degree in finance along with obtaining FINRA and NASAA certifications being the SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and PA Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
Kohl entered the financial services industry with Gerhart Financial in May of 2021 as an Intern. He spent a year and a half working at Gerhart Financial which gained him an ample amount of knowledge on the ins and outs of financial planning, review meeting preparation, along with the technology systems that support Gerhart Financial daily. After Kohl graduated from Susquehanna University he found a Client Associate Role at Wells Fargo Advisors from August 2023 to June 2024. Now he has rejoined full-time at Gerhart Financial as of August 2024. Where he will be in an apprenticeship program and progress into a Director of Planning role where his responsibilities are to facilitate client service requests and prepare new material for review meetings.
In his free time, Kohl enjoys going to car shows, playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.
